How it works
- 1
Site submitted
A farmer, community representative or India Immersed field officer submits the site through a short preliminary evaluation form — with photos and basic land, farmer-interest and eligibility details.
- 2
Under review
India Immersed reviews the submission and decides whether the site fits a destination cluster.
- 3
Shortlisted
Shortlisted sites are tagged to a destination and queued for a detailed project report (DPR).
- 4
DPR ready
Our team prepares the tourism concept, financials, revenue model and risk assessment.
- 5
Listed
The opportunity goes live on the platform. Basic details are visible publicly; investors and partners can sign in to see the full DPR and submit their interest.
- 6
Closed
Once an opportunity is fully funded, or if the farmer withdraws or India Immersed deems it non-viable, the opportunity is removed from the public listing.
